AKTI LLC ("we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. This policy covers this website and inquiries sent to us directly.
To respond to you, fulfill and deliver orders, keep the business and tax records the law requires, and nothing else. We never sell or rent personal information, and we share it only with the marketplace or delivery platform handling your order, our professional advisers, or where the law requires.
Order and invoice records are kept as long as US tax law requires (generally up to seven years). Inquiry emails that don't lead to a booking are deleted in the ordinary course of business.
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll act on the request. Information may be processed outside your own country; we apply the same protections wherever it is processed.
This site and our services are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

This website describes AKTI LLC's services. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a specific ticket. Single tickets are listed and sold through the resale marketplaces named on this site, and each purchase is governed by that marketplace's terms and buyer guarantee.
Hospitality and group bookings are arranged by inquiry. The written confirmation we issue for a booking — inclusions, price, payment, and cancellation terms — is the agreement that governs it. Until you receive and accept a written confirmation, no booking exists and you owe nothing.
AKTI LLC is an independent secondary-market company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized agent of any venue, team, club, league, artist, promoter, marketplace, or primary ticketing company. All trademarks and event names belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Resale prices are set by market supply and demand and may be above or below face value.
This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it; for marketplace purchases, the marketplace's buyer guarantee is your remedy for delivery and validity issues. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Tickets are delivered by official mobile transfer to the name and email on your order, always before the event. Some venues and primary platforms only release mobile tickets close to the event date; when that applies, we say so on the listing and stay reachable until you're through the gate. Parking passes are delivered ready to scan.
Orders placed on a marketplace are covered by that platform's buyer guarantee: valid tickets delivered in time for the event, or a replacement or refund under the platform's terms. Refund requests for marketplace orders go through the platform you bought on; we support every claim with our delivery records.
If an event is postponed, tickets are normally valid for the new date under the platform's policy. If an event is cancelled outright, the platform's guarantee provides a refund or credit under its terms.
Each written confirmation states its own cancellation and refund terms before you commit. If we cannot deliver a confirmed inclusion, we replace it with an equivalent or better alternative or refund its stated value.
